I wanted to include dwarfism in the conversation around DEI, as the demographic totals only 30,000 people. I, therefore, decided to create an instructor guide about accommodating dwarfism in the workplace. This guide includes a combination of lecture, scenario-based learning, and gamification to help managers not only create safe spaces for employees of short stature but exercise appropriate interventions if issues of discrimination arise.
